Ingredients

SALSA

  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Black Beans (drained and washed)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Dried cilantro leaves - crushed
  • - - Salt to taste

GARNISH

  • - - Cilantro leaves

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients listed under 'SALSA' in a bowl. Mix it well. Adjust the seasonings and set them aside.

  • Spread a layer of roasted red bell pepper hummus on each cracker.

  • Layer it with a cucumber slice.
