BOIL MACARONI
Boil water + oil + salt in a heavy-bottomed pan. When the water comes to a boil, stir in macaroni.
Use the guidelines on the box and cook macaroni according to package instructions. PROTIP – Do not overcook the pasta — Cooking pasta until al dente is the key to a perfectly prepared dish. Al dente macaroni holds its shape better during sautéing and finishes up perfectly to an appealing dish. An overcooked and squishy macaroni makes the dish look unappetizing. Rinse well with cold water after straining.

Frequently Asked questions
How can I store this Macaroni dish?
As fresh veggies are added to the Macaroni, I would not recommend you store it for too long. This will make the veggies lose their nutritional value and also their texture. However, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and placed in the fridge for not more than 2 days.
Can I reheat the Macaroni?
Yes. Transfer the Macaroni to a saucepan and set the flame to low-medium. If the macaroni feels dry, add 1/8 cup of hot water and gently give a toss before reheating.
