- 1 medium Banana
- ¾ cup Chopped mangoes - frozen or fresh
- ¾ cup Chopped Pineapple - frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Chopped Papaya
- ½ cup Vegan Yogurt Or Any Flavored yogurt
- ¾ cup Lite Coconut Milk (cold)
- - - Ice
Clean and dice the fruits. If you opt to use fresh fruits, choose a ripe banana, ripe papaya, mango with yellow skin, and a heavy yet firm pineapple with a sweet smell. Toss the fruit, along with ice cubes, into a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into goblets and serve right away. You may garnish the Tropical sunshine smoothie with fresh cherries and unsweetened coconut for that typical tropical feel! Smoothies can be made in advance and left in the fridge to chill. Serve cold.
