Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Mango Cubes
  • ½ cup Ice adjust accordingly
  • 1 cup White wine (see notes above)

Instructions

  • Before you begin with this slushie, peel, dice, and freeze the fruit ahead of time. This lends a creamy texture, and with frozen fruit added, you can put less ice into the drink.
  • Toss the frozen fruit and more ice cubes, into a blender
PROTIP – Ice is the real deal. Skipping this would result in a regular cold drink.
Add ice and mango in a blender
  • Add wine.
PROTIP – If you are not a wine lover, substitute the wine with sparkling water or fruit juice.
    Add wine
  • Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve right away. You may garnish the Slushie with mint leaves or lemon wedges/ slices for that typical tropical feel!
PROTIP – Serve this super refreshing drink immediately before it starts melting.
