Hello Riddhi,

You could do – Khaman with Bhelpuri as appetizers.

In Main course – Dal Bukhara, with a paneer dish would be great. Either Palak paneer or Paneer labbadar. If you have time on hand you can fit in Vegetable Jalfrezi too.

For Desserts – Shrikhand – is prefect to end your beautiful party.
Have a great time!

Hello Harshana,

For 18 adults and 3 kids, you will need –
Dal – 3.5 cups of Dal
For Main Subzi
2.25 cups chopped potatoes
1.5 cups chopped bell peppers
1.5 cups chopped carrots
1.5 cups chopped French beans
4.5 cups chopped cauliflower
2.25 cups green peas
45 Paneer cubes – optional

Rice – I usually keep a measurement of 1/2 cup (uncooked) rice per person. That equals 9 -10 cups of rice for 18 adults. Since you have puri on the menu, you can do 1/4 cup of rice per person.
Have a great time!

Hello Shreeja, for 37 people, you will need somewhere between 1.5 kgs (9 cups) to 1.75 kgs ( 10 cups) of dry beans.
For sandwiches – are you planning to serve them cut into halves or quarters? If served in halves – you will need 40 whole sandwiches (80 halves).
For Rice – I usually keep a measurement of 1/2 cup (uncooked) rice per person. Since you have laccha paratha too, I would do 20 cups (3 kg) of rice for 40 people.
For Basundi – You will need 30 cups (7.25kg) of milk for 45 servings.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other queries, and have a great party. 😊
