In reply to Debbie. Thank you, Debbie! If you don't have an Instant Pot, you have to ferment it naturally in a warm oven. Warm the oven at @200 degrees F for 10 minutes, turn it off, and place the dough in the warm oven to rise for an hour.

Looks great! Making these today but I don’t have an instant pot, does this change the proofing time?
