Lovely recipe turned out lovely and delicious only tension was that 1/3 cup butter was confusing as when I converted to grams was more then 1/3 cup.

This recipe deserves 5 stars! I made this as mini cupcakes and shared with my friends yesterday. I was kinda anxious as this is my first time using this recipe and I don’t know how it tastes or how sweet its gonna be. I made few adjustments with the sugar and I made vegan cream cheese frosting instead. The final product was an absolute win win. The cupcakes were so soft not dense at all, so velvety, the the sweetness is just the right amount. This is gonna be my go-to red velvet recipe! Thanks for sharing!
