In reply to Mita. You sure can use, totapuri aam. Avoid adding water and freeze the concentrated aam ka panna for later use. Stays well for 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw the concentrated mix, add water, and serve chilled.

Can we use green totapuri keri ? If we want to store for longer period of time like iI do aam ras ,for the year then what is the procedure
