Loved this recipe. Instant Pot sprouts were lit. I have always struggled with sprouts being moldy or yellow in color. This method worked great. Thank you Ruchi. I have made a lot so I will be trying your sprouts cutlets next. The salad was yummy. I had added chilies and avocado bites to my salad.
