Removed the tomato (and siracha) since those make my insides hurt, and the soup was amazing. It was simple yet hit all the spots!

I found this stew by searching the few ingredients I had in my kitchen at the time. I used salsa instead of tomatoes, white beans instead of black beans.
OMG y’all! This soup is delicious very easy to prepare and so satisfying! I didn’t even miss the avocado I didn’t have😁
