This soup freezes beautifully. I usually freeze it in batches, it stays good for up to 2 months in the freezer, so you can conveniently freeze it in a freezer-safe container to enjoy it later.

I sure hope this soup freezes well! I made a double batch without checking on storage. Have you frozen the soup? How long will it last refrigerated? Easy to make and oh soooo yummy!

Delicious! Made in the IP as directed except didn’t use the red pepper flakes. Used some homemade chicken broth. Mashed just slightly with a handheld potato masher and it was a winner.
