I agree Ram ladoo tastes delicious on a rainy day. 😋
I think Ram ladoo is more North (Delhi) side of a name. But thank you for sharing the other name.
Learned something new today. 😊

I am not sure who invented the name ram ladoo. Originally in UP, Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan it has always been called moong ki pakori.
I often make this on rainy days or when ever my family wants to relax so here comes out moong ki pakori with chutney.

My mom used to make these by soaking split moon dal overnight and draining out the husks in the morning. Adding only salt but after grinding just beating with the palm before frying. Mm fluffy and tasty. Simple and easy.
