For the baked version – it’s 1/4 cup of curd and 1/4 – 1/2 cup of milk.

Thank you for this recipe — it is one my family’s favorites! For the baked Katori, the recipe used to have exact measurements for the milk and yogurt. I don’t see any measurements for these two ingredients anymore. Can you advise as to how much yogurt and milk to use? Thank you!

Hi Ruchi

I have tried your baked version katori recipe about a year ago and they came out really good. I remember the recipe said either baking powder and milk but i am looking at the recipe and it doesn’t say that. I wanted check as i am making in advance for big crowd. Can you provide me the older version recipe?
