For the baked Katori, the recipe used to have exact measurements for the milk and yogurt. I don’t see any measurements for these two ingredients anymore. I have tried your baked version katori recipe about a year ago and they came out really good. I remember the recipe said either baking powder and milk but i am looking at the recipe and it doesn’t say that. I wanted check as i am making in advance for big crowd. Can you provide me the older version recipe?
