Pallavi, this recipe explains the process of making whipped cream with agar-agar and milk powder. https://www.ruchiskitchen.com/rasmalai-mousse-phyllo-cups/
Just skip the Rasmalai powder ingredients, and the rest remains the same. Agar-agar and milk powder will stabilize the cream beautifully. Do reach out to me if you have any further questions.

Can you please suggest how do I stabilize using agar agar and milk powder? Also, I stay in mumbai and the weather here is quite hot, do you recommend any better stabilizer so that my cream may hold shape for atleast an hour outside the refrigerator?
