Just skip the Rasmalai powder ingredients, and the rest remains the same. Agar-agar and milk powder will stabilize the cream beautifully. Do reach out to me if you have any further questions.

Hi Ruchi, the recipie looks good, however, I am repeatedly getting not a very stable whipping cream and hence I am not able to make rosettes. Can you please suggest how do I stabilize using agar agar and milk powder? Also, I stay in mumbai and the weather here is quite hot, do you recommend any better stabilizer so that my cream may hold shape for atleast an hour outside the refrigerator?
