If I don’t have butterscotch chips what can i use as a substitute or how can i prepare these chips at home???

In reply to Deepa George. Depa, you can make cake flour at home. Use 2 cups of all-purpose flour mixed with 1/4 cup of cornstarch. Whisk to sift the mixture together. Proceed as directed in the recipe.
