Homemade Pumpkin Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons Buttermilk add more to adjust consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
  • - - Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Assemble: all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until well blended.
    Tip — If using fresh pumpkin puree, blend all the ingredients in the blender. Then you have the best creamiest Pumpkin Ranch Dip ever!
  • Refrigerate your ranch dip for at least an hour. The flavors meld and taste better when allowed to rest in the refrigerator for at least this duration. 
    This excellent dip goes perfectly well with everything; as a dip for your fresh veggies or as a spread on your pita bread.

  • 1/2 cup milk powder 
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 
Combine the dry ingredients and keep them in an airtight container until you’re ready to use them.
To use this in place of ranch mix, use 3 – 4 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning in place of 1 packet.
