Healthy berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

FOR SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Fresh or frozen Strawberries
  • 2 small Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Curd (thick Market curd/yogurt)
  • 1 cup Milk

TOPPINGS

  • 2 teaspoon Chia seeds (for each bowl)
  • 2 teaspoon Rolled Oats
  • 2 teaspoon Sliced almonds
  • 3-4 pieces of Raspberries
  • 4-5 pieces of Blueberries

Instructions

  • Choose fruit of your liking.
  • Clean and wash fruits.
  • Add fruits to a mixer..
  • Add thick curd..
  • Add milk and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Top smoothie bowl with chia seeds, sliced almonds, oats and fruits.
  • Serve immediately.
