FOR SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup Fresh or frozen Strawberries
- 2 small Bananas
- 1/2 cup Curd (thick Market curd/yogurt)
- 1 cup Milk
TOPPINGS
- 2 teaspoon Chia seeds (for each bowl)
- 2 teaspoon Rolled Oats
- 2 teaspoon Sliced almonds
- 3-4 pieces of Raspberries
- 4-5 pieces of Blueberries
Choose fruit of your liking.
Clean and wash fruits.
Add fruits to a mixer..
Add thick curd..
Add milk and blend until thick and creamy.
Top smoothie bowl with chia seeds, sliced almonds, oats and fruits.
Serve immediately.
